- Phone login information: your phone number and authentication status so you can sign in and use your MMSA TV account.
- Subscription information: your package, plan status, start date, expiry date, renewal status, and related account entitlement information.
- Payment proof uploads: images or files you choose to upload as payment proof, including KPay/WavePay payment proof screenshots and related payment verification information needed to review and approve your subscription.
- Notification token: a device push notification token used to send account, subscription, content, service, or support notifications.
- Watch history and continue watching: videos, channels, playback position, recently watched items, and continue-watching progress so the app can resume content and improve your viewing experience.
- Diagnostics and usage data: app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, error logs, performance data, and general usage diagnostics used for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
- Support communications: information you send to us when you contact MMSA TV support, including your contact details and the details of your request.
How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate, and manage your MMSA TV account.
- To provide subscriptions, verify payment proof, and control access to paid content.
- To remember watch history, playback progress, and continue-watching items.
- To send important notifications about your account, subscription, support requests, content availability, and service updates.
- To respond to support requests and resolve account, payment, or technical issues.
- To detect abuse, protect the service, fix bugs, improve performance, and keep MMSA TV reliable.
Payment Information
When users request premium access, MMSA TV may collect KPay/WavePay payment proof screenshots and related payment verification information to review and approve subscriptions. We do not ask you to enter card numbers, banking passwords, or secret payment credentials in this policy page. Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or other secret values through payment proof uploads or support messages.
Notifications
If notifications are enabled, MMSA TV may use a push notification token to send service messages. You can control notification permissions from your device settings.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate MMSA TV, provide hosting, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, notification, or support services, comply with law, protect users, prevent misuse, or respond to valid legal requests.
Data Retention

Payment proof files, diagnostics, watch history, and account records may be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed.
