These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MMSA TV mobile application and related services provided by MMSA. By using MMSA TV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
User Accounts
- You may need to sign in with a phone number or another supported login method to use certain MMSA TV features.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your device and account.
- You must not use another person's account, impersonate another person, or provide false information.
- MMSA may suspend or restrict an account if we believe it is being used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
Subscription & Payments
- Some MMSA TV content or features may require an active premium subscription.
- Premium video/content access, package type, subscription status, start date, expiry date, renewal status, and payment verification may be managed through your MMSA TV account.
- If MMSA TV supports manual payment verification, you may be asked to upload KPay/WavePay payment proof. You must upload only accurate and lawful payment proof related to your own subscription.
- MMSA may review your payment proof and approve or reject the premium subscription request. Incorrect, invalid, false, or fraudulent payment proof may be rejected.
- Premium access starts only after MMSA admin approval following payment proof review.
- Subscription validity depends on the selected plan and the approval date recorded by MMSA.
- Fees, packages, promotions, renewal rules, and available payment methods may change from time to time.
- Refunds, cancellations, or subscription changes are handled according to MMSA's support review, applicable laws, and any payment provider rules that apply.
Content Rights
- MMSA TV provides video, media, channel, and related content for personal and lawful viewing only.
- All content, logos, trademarks, app designs, and related materials belong to MMSA or the applicable rights holders.
- You must not copy, record, download, redistribute, resell, publicly display, rebroadcast, modify, or commercially reuse MMSA TV content unless you have written permission from MMSA or the relevant rights holder.
- Content availability may vary by time, subscription status, location, device compatibility, licensing, or technical requirements.
- MMSA may add, remove, update, suspend, or replace content or app features when needed.
Acceptable Use
- Use MMSA TV only for lawful, personal, and appropriate purposes.
- Do not disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass security, interfere with payment verification, or attempt unauthorized access to MMSA TV systems.
- Do not upload false payment proof, harmful files, illegal material, or content that violates another person's rights.
- Do not share your subscription access in a way that violates these terms or harms MMSA TV, MMSA, other users, or rights holders.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your MMSA TV account by contacting nainglinkyaw@mmsagroup.com. Please include the phone number used for your MMSA TV account so we can verify your request. Some records may be kept where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment verification, dispute handling, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
Service Availability
MMSA TV is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that MMSA TV will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device or network. Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet connectivity, device compatibility, licensing requirements, payment verification, third-party services, or events outside our control.

Changes to These Terms
MMSA may update these Terms and Conditions when features, services, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest update date.

User Accounts
- MMSA TV feature အချို့ကို အသုံးပြုရန် ဖုန်းနံပါတ် သို့မဟုတ် app မှ ပံ့ပိုးထားသော login method ဖြင့် sign in ဝင်ရန် လိုအပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
- သင့် account information မှန်ကန်နေစေရန်နှင့် သင့် device/account ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ကို ကာကွယ်ရန် သင်တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။
- အခြားသူ၏ account ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ အခြားသူအဖြစ် ဟန်ဆောင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် မမှန်ကန်သော အချက်အလက်များ ပေးခြင်း မပြုရပါ။
- Fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, policy violation သို့မဟုတ် ဥပဒေမဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုများရှိသည်ဟု MMSA မှ ယူဆပါက account ကို suspend သို့မဟုတ် restrict ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
Subscription & Payments
- MMSA TV content သို့မဟုတ် feature အချို့ကို အသုံးပြုရန် active premium subscription လိုအပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
- Premium video/content access, package type, subscription status, စတင်သည့်နေ့၊ သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးသည့်နေ့၊ renewal status နှင့် payment verification များကို သင့် MMSA TV account မှတစ်ဆင့် စီမံနိုင်ပါသည်။
- MMSA TV တွင် manual payment verification ပံ့ပိုးပါက KPay/WavePay payment proof upload ပြုလုပ်ရန် တောင်းဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။ သင့်ကိုယ်ပိုင် subscription နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော မှန်ကန်ပြီး ဥပဒေနှင့်ညီသော payment proof ကိုသာ upload ပြုလုပ်ရပါမည်။
- MMSA သည် payment proof ကို review ပြုလုပ်ပြီး premium subscription request ကို approve သို့မဟုတ် reject ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ မှားယွင်းသော၊ မမှန်ကန်သော၊ အတုအယောင် သို့မဟုတ် လိမ်လည်မှုပါသော payment proof များကို reject ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
- Premium access သည် payment proof review ပြီးနောက် MMSA admin approval ရရှိပြီးမှသာ စတင်နိုင်ပါသည်။
- Subscription validity သည် ရွေးချယ်ထားသော plan နှင့် MMSA မှ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားသော approval date အပေါ် မူတည်ပါသည်။
- Fee, package, promotion, renewal rule နှင့် payment method များသည် အချိန်နှင့်အမျှ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။
- Refund, cancellation သို့မဟုတ် subscription change များကို MMSA support review, သက်ဆိုင်ရာဥပဒေများနှင့် payment provider rule များအရ ကိုင်တွယ်ပါမည်။
Content Rights
- MMSA TV သည် video, media, channel နှင့် ဆက်စပ် content များကို ကိုယ်ပိုင်နှင့် ဥပဒေနှင့်ညီသော ကြည့်ရှုမှုအတွက်သာ ပံ့ပိုးပါသည်။
- Content, logo, trademark, app design နှင့် ဆက်စပ် material များအားလုံးသည် MMSA သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ rights holder များ၏ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- MMSA သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ rights holder ထံမှ စာဖြင့်ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ MMSA TV content များကို copy, record, download, redistribute, resell, publicly display, rebroadcast, modify သို့မဟုတ် commercial reuse မပြုရပါ။
- Content availability သည် အချိန်၊ subscription status, location, device compatibility, licensing သို့မဟုတ် technical requirement များအပေါ်မူတည်၍ ကွဲပြားနိုင်ပါသည်။
- လိုအပ်ပါက MMSA သည် content သို့မဟုတ် app feature များကို add, remove, update, suspend သို့မဟုတ် replace ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
အသုံးပြုမှု စည်းကမ်းများ
- MMSA TV ကို ဥပဒေနှင့်ညီသော၊ ကိုယ်ပိုင်နှင့် သင့်လျော်သော ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များအတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုပါ။
- MMSA TV system များကို disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, security bypass, payment verification အနှောင့်အယှက်ပေးခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် unauthorized access ကြိုးစားခြင်း မပြုရပါ။
- False payment proof, harmful file, illegal material သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသူ၏ rights ကို ချိုးဖောက်သော content များ upload မပြုရပါ။
- ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များကို ချိုးဖောက်သော သို့မဟုတ် MMSA TV, MMSA, အခြားအသုံးပြုသူများ၊ rights holder များကို ထိခိုက်စေသောပုံစံဖြင့် subscription access ကို မျှဝေခြင်း မပြုရပါ။
Account Deletion
MMSA TV account ဖျက်ရန် nainglinkyaw@mmsagroup.com သို့ ဆက်သွယ်တောင်းဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။ Request ကို စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြုနိုင်ရန် သင့် MMSA TV account တွင် အသုံးပြုထားသော ဖုန်းနံပါတ်ကို ထည့်ပေးပါ။ ဥပဒေလိုက်နာရန်၊ security, fraud prevention, payment verification, dispute handling, accounting သို့မဟုတ် legitimate business purpose များအတွက် လိုအပ်သော record အချို့ကို ဆက်လက်သိမ်းဆည်းထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
Service Availability
MMSA TV ကို as-is နှင့် as-available အတိုင်း ပံ့ပိုးပေးပါသည်။ Service ကို ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချရစေရန် ကြိုးစားသော်လည်း MMSA TV သည် အမြဲတမ်း interrupted မဖြစ်ခြင်း၊ error-free ဖြစ်ခြင်း၊ secure ဖြစ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် device/network အားလုံးတွင် ရရှိနိုင်ခြင်းကို အာမခံမထားပါ။ Maintenance, update, internet connectivity, device compatibility, licensing requirement, payment verification, third-party service သို့မဟုတ် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်မှုအပြင်ဘက်ရှိ အခြေအနေများကြောင့် service ထိခိုက်နိုင်ပါသည်။
